2019 Performance Dates
Tickets to the St. Olaf Christmas Festival are $35 per ticket. There are no transaction fees charged at the time of purchase. Groups of ten or more who attend the Thursday performance are eligible for a 15% discount.
Pre-sale ticketing will be open to St. Olaf students, parents, faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, volunteers, and donors the week of October 28, 2019. Those who are eligible to purchase pre-sale tickets will be notified via email in October 2019 with detailed information on when and how to purchase tickets. There is a strict four-ticket limit for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday performances (the limit is four tickets total – not four tickets per performance) which will be lifted when tickets go on sale to the general public on November 4, 2019.

Time of Arrival
The St. Olaf Christmas Festival is held in Skoglund Center Auditorium. Please arrive with ample time to spare because you may have to walk some distance from the parking lot to Skoglund Center, and the crowd in the entrance foyer can be large.
The Skoglund Ticket Desk opens at 6:30 p.m. for evening performances and at 2 p.m. for the Sunday performance. The doors open at Skoglund Center Auditorium one hour before the performances begin. We kindly request that guests take their seats at least fifteen minutes prior to the start time.
Parking is available in any campus lot. Handicapped parking is available near the Skoglund Center entrance. Please check with staff members directing traffic for specific parking areas.
Courtesy shuttle buses are provided from Buntrock Commons to Skoglund Center beginning 75 minutes before each performance and running continuously until the start of the performance. Following the performances, the courtesy buses will run from Skoglund Center to Buntrock Commons. Expect a 15-minute wait or longer when departing as buses may be caught in traffic.
The St. Olaf women’s softball team will provide a coat check service in Skoglund Center during the concert. Contributions are appreciated.
Skoglund Center is equipped with a hearing assistance system. Please ask an usher for a receiver.
Skoglund Center is wheelchair and scooter accessible, and designated floor-level seating is offered on a limited basis. When purchasing tickets online, please look for the designated wheelchair section, or call the Ticket Office directly to purchase accessible seats.
To avoid disruption of the Christmas Festival, do not bring or use a camera or video and audio recording equipment in Skoglund Center Auditorium. Please silence or turn off cellphones.
Note that children under age 10 are not admitted into the concert.
