Christmas Festival Frequently Asked Questions

The 2026 St. Olaf Christmas Festival will take place at Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis: 1111 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403. The Christmas Festival will return to Skoglund Auditorium on the campus of St. Olaf College in 2027.

• Friday, December 4, 2026 at 8 p.m.
• Saturday, December 5, 2026 at 2 p.m.
• Saturday, December 5, 2026 at 7:30 p.m.

The performances are approximately 1.5-2 hours long with no intermission.

Children ages 10 and older are welcome to attend the performances in 2026.

Tickets will be available through the Orchestra Hall box office. Further details will be shared and updated online soon.

During the presale, there is a limit of four total tickets per household for all performances (not four tickets per performance). This limit is lifted when tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, November 2.

Tickets for the St. Olaf Christmas Festival are non-refundable, but can be exchanged through the box office, pending ticket availability.

Presale will begin the week of October 26, 2026. If you are eligible to purchase presale tickets, your individual presale date and access code will be emailed to you in mid-October.

The ticket presale is open to St. Olaf students, parents, faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, volunteers, and donors.

If you are eligible for the presale, you will receive an email with information on your presale date alongside a link to purchase tickets in October.

St. Olaf College students who are not performing in the Christmas Festival are eligible for one complimentary ticket.

St. Olaf employees, emeriti, and retired staff are eligible for one complimentary ticket to the Christmas Festival as well.
