The performances are approximately 1.5-2 hours long with no intermission.
Children ages 10 and older are welcome to attend the performances in 2026.

During the presale, there is a limit of four total tickets per household for the Friday, Saturday, or Sunday performances (not four tickets per performance). This limit is lifted when tickets go on sale to the general public.
Tickets for the St. Olaf Christmas Festival can be exchanged through the box office, pending ticket availability. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be returned to the box office via the ticketing site or emailing christmas-festival@stolaf.edu.

The ticket presale is open to St. Olaf students, parents, faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, volunteers, and donors.
If you are eligible for the presale, you will receive an email with information on your presale date, and will be sent out in October with access information for ticket purchasing.
St. Olaf College students who are not performing in the Christmas Festival are eligible for one complimentary ticket.
St. Olaf employees, emeriti, and retired staff are eligible for one complimentary ticket to the Christmas Festival as well.

In advance of the St. Olaf Christmas Festival, we ask all attendees to please access your tickets via the Eventbrite mobile app or website. When you order tickets on Eventbrite, an account is created using the email address you enter during checkout. To access your tickets, log in to the Eventbrite app or website using the email on your order:
Sign in to the app: From the Eventbrite app, sign into your account and tap the Tickets icon
Tap on your event to view tickets: Save an image to your phone, or add your tickets to your Apple wallet for easiest access—even without cell service or Wifi
Enter with ease: Show your mobile tickets from the app, your digital wallet, or your photos when you arrive at the event
Print Tickets:
Prefer the feel of a paper ticket? No worries, you can still download and print PDF tickets by logging into your account on the Eventbrite website and going to Tickets. Click on the corresponding event (in this case Christmas Festival), then select the “download tickets” option highlighted in orange. You can then print that PDF for entry into the Festival. We recommend using a laptop for this process.
Due to Eventbrite changes, tickets are no longer sent directly to customers as PDFs, and have to be accessed via Eventbrite accounts online or via the app.
