Scandinavian Buffet

A Scandinavian buffet is available in the Black and Gold Ballroom on the third floor of Buntrock Commons December 1–4. Reservations are not necessary — just check in with the buffet host upon your arrival for dinner seating.

Children (4–12): $13.96
Children under age 4: Free

  • Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 4–7 p.m.
  • Sunday noon–2:30 p.m.

Cucumber salad, pickled beets
Lefse with butter and cinnamon sugar, Julekage
Gjetost, Jarlsberg, and Tilsit cheeses
Pickled herring, marinated sardines, and Norwegian gravlaks
Summer sausage
Maria-kjeks, Wasa Crisp, and Norwegian brown bread
Lutefisk with drawn butter and cream sauce
Apricot-stuffed porkloin
Medisterkaker with brown sauce and lingonberries
Chef-carved ham
Boiled potatoes
Steamed peas and carrots
Rømmegrøt and fruit soup

Additional Dining

A Scandinavian buffet, along with the normal student cafeteria meal, is available in Stav Hall in Buntrock Commons. No reservations required.
